Gods Purpose and His Love for you.

Does God love His purpose more than He loves His people?

This was the question that came to mind this morning as I
was praying. I believe the Holy Spirit prompted this line of thought.

I was praying about the future of our apostolic team, asking
the Lord to make His purpose and plan clear.
Then I received a “download” if you will about how God sees this and how
we should see it.

God is not concerned about His purpose; He is ONLY concerned
about YOU. His plan and purpose is to help you develop into who you were
created to be. When He does that, you automatically fulfill His purpose. God is
committed to completing the work HE started in you. As that work gets closer to
completion, the more of Gods purpose you fulfill.

OH’ HOW OUR THINKING IS SCREWED UP!

This IS the model of LOVE!
Putting others before yourself, your plans, your agenda, your “purpose. GOD
DOES THIS.

He puts YOU above HIS purpose. We
try to look at “the big picture” of Gods plan and we fit in to all that. I see
people all the time worrying over not knowing where they fit or what they are
supposed to be doing for the Lord, when all we need to do is cooperate with
what He is trying to accomplish in us right now. DAILY ALLOWING HIM TO LOVE US,
TO PUT US FIRST, TO PREFER US, TO THINK AND BELIEVE THE BEST OF US  ….
TO PUT US BEFORE HIMSELF AND HIS PURPOSE. …   WE ARE HIS PURPOSE!

That’s how HE rolls!

Reminds me of a couple of
scriptures in Psalms:

Psalm
115:12

The LORD has been mindful of us; He will bless us; He will bless the
house of Israel; He will bless the house of Aaron.

You want to know what’s on Gods
mind? YOU ARE!

Don’t feel bad if you have a hard
time swallowing that, the angels had the same problem:

Psalm
144:3

LORD, what is man, that You take knowledge of him? Or the son of man, that You
are mindful of him?
